Gründung 1911 als Westdeutsche Kalkwerke AG. 1936 umbenannt in Westdeutsche Kalk- und Portlandzement-Werke AG. Neugründung 1953. Großaktionär: Rheinisch-Westfälische Kalkwerke in Dornap. Die Gesellschaft bestand bis 1967.
